ASSIGNMENT: Uptown negotiated and secured video programming contracts under direct deal agreement with 40 programmers. This project covered all video content for the EPB system including their cable channels, broadcast stations (retransmission consent), premium services (e.g. HBO), digital music channels, Pay Per View, HD channels, and Video on Demand content. Improved carriage terms were secured on many of these deals as part of the negotiation process over the 9 month project term.

OUTCOME: EPB launched with a robust channel lineup of 326 channels in August 2009.
